It is essentially a collection of tools contained within an organized code structure that is interface-able. These tools are wrapped up in such a way, that the user does not need to know or fully understand the inter-workings of their undertakings; only how to implement them. He/she can install the software and follow on-screen instructions to accomplish ordinarily complex and/or extensive tasks such as starting a web server, monitoring network traffic, or assigning rights and privileges to users for network resources. These tools will not be solely exclusive to the project and will hopefully find their way into others projects as they will find "code leverage" just as useful.
