The FAQ Module has been finished. I'm sure some Bugs do exist - however all required functionality is coded and functional. Note that every registered user can submit a FAQ, however the admin has to approve the submission before going public.
ACL control has been implemented, means that the content of a FAQ entry can be made available to World users, registered or dedicated users. Up to the Author to handle this.
The Admin Interface enables the Admin to add/edit/remove topics, and groups, and to modify FAQ entries. Note that the Admin has to use the plain submit interface to submit new entries as every user.
The search functionality has been fully integrated into the site search - so not much needs to be done

Of course some more changes, bug fixes to the rest of the site have been done...
