This blacklist is managed by automated scripts and the phpPhobos website software and show the current state of dynamically blocked IP addresses on the firewall.
Any non sollicited request on the website, will cause a blacklist entry to be created.
The log2blkl script will also cause various remote IP addresses to be locked out depending on the actions the remote site has taken.
In case the Admin wants to manually set a site onto the Whitelist, it is mandatory to provide a reason. Note that any action will initiate a script to add or remove the IP address to/from the blacklist.
